Similar to BoHo, the Eclectic design style doesn’t follow any set rules, but there is a definite art to making it work.  The simplest way to define it is the mixing of multiple design styles in a purposeful way.  If done the wrong way, it can end up looking chaotic and uninviting.  When pulled together in the right way, you end up with a beautiful, comfortable and unique look that just works.  People are drawn to this style because it is creative, intimate and allows freedom from the strict rules of the latest trends.  You can mix old with new, simple with complex and multiple materials to come up with something original.
